‍ ‍HE IS RISEN! HE IS RISEN INDEED!

This is the historic greeting used by the Christian Church since the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ three days after his crucifixion on Good Friday. It tells us that Jesus has completed his heavenly Father’s mission to pay for the guilt all the sins of all mankind from Adam and Eve to the last human being born when Jesus will come again on Judgment Day. There is no reason to be afraid that day because of what God has done for us all.

Join us at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church outside of Portage, Wisconsin on Hwy 127, or Newport Lutheran Church about five miles East of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on Hwy 16 and Peterson Rd. There you will hear why Jesus came to carry out his Father’s will, and the consequence of that mission of love that has eternal joy and happiness.
